Apple 60 ml bottle Tank in Bristol: the compare shortlist
Apple in Bristol: 23 units tested over 5 weeks, 60 ml bottle formats, priced per 10 ml for Bristol.
Coil life, liquid cost and the apple habit
Apple sounds like one product. It is not: a 60 ml bottle running 20 mg/mL will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
If you are looking at apple in Bristol, the first question is not strength. It is whether the 60 ml bottle you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
The short version: apple in Bristol works if the 60 ml bottle, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a apple 60 ml bottle really costs in Bristol
A apple 60 ml bottle from the compared options in Bristol costs about £3.4 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested apple in a 60 ml bottle
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 2–4 business days.
- Pick the 60 ml bottle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in the UK, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Coil type inside the 60 ml bottle, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Stock depth: 23 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where apple goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a 60 ml bottle and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Treating the advertised £29 entry kit as the real cost when refills run £3.4 per 10 ml.
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for apple in Bristol must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
UK rules cap e-liquids at 10 ml and 20 mg/ml, with batch codes on every bottle. Shipping of nicotine to Bristol runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Frequently asked questions
Why does apple taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the 60 ml bottle units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the apple blend itself harsh.
What nicotine strength should apple start at?
Start at whatever the UK allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a 60 ml bottle.
How much does a 60 ml bottle cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Bristol: about £3.4 per 10 ml liquid plus £29 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
