Citrus squonk mod Tank in Bristol: the wholesale shortlist
Citrus in Bristol: 19 units tested over 5 weeks, squonk mod formats, priced per 10 ml for Bristol.
Coil life, liquid cost and the citrus habit
Citrus prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Bristol that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within £3.33 per 10 ml.
If you are looking at citrus in Bristol, the first question is not strength. It is whether the squonk mod you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
The short version: citrus in Bristol works if the squonk mod, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a citrus squonk mod really costs in Bristol
Citrus in Bristol reaches the shelf in squonk mod formats, and the bulk ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
How we tested citrus in a squonk mod
- Choose strength against the ceiling in the UK, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 2–4 business days.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 2–4 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Stock depth: 19 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Spare parts availability for squonk mod in Bristol, since tanks and pods go first.
Where citrus goes wrong
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Buying the cheapest squonk mod available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Mixing citrus with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
