Fig pod kit Tank in Bristol: the flat shortlist
Fig in Bristol: 9 units tested over 7 weeks, pod kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Bristol.
What the label on Fig is allowed to say
Fig prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Bristol that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within £2.05 per 10 ml.
If you are looking at fig in Bristol, the first question is not strength. It is whether the pod kit you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
The short version: fig in Bristol works if the pod kit, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a fig pod kit really costs in Bristol
We run fig the same way in Bristol: same pod kit, same 7 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested fig in a pod kit
- Choose strength against the ceiling in the UK, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the pod kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a pod kit arrives sealed but wrong.
- Coil type inside the pod kit, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Batch code and production date, so a fig bottle turned in 7 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 2–4 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where fig goes wrong
- Mixing fig with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Buying the cheapest pod kit available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why fig tastes flat after two days.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for fig in Bristol must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
UK rules cap e-liquids at 10 ml and 20 mg/ml, with batch codes on every bottle. Shipping of nicotine to Bristol runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
