Frozen cartomizer Tank in Bristol: the online shortlist
Frozen in Bristol: 14 units tested over 6 weeks, cartomizer formats, priced per 10 ml for Bristol.
What frozen costs in Bristol
Frozen prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Bristol that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within £3.54 per 10 ml.
If you are looking at frozen in Bristol, the first question is not strength. It is whether the cartomizer you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
If you only read one line: the cartomizer you buy decides how long frozen tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a frozen cartomizer really costs in Bristol
Frozen in a cartomizer is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Bristol the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
How we tested frozen in a cartomizer
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 2–4 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in the UK, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Coil type inside the cartomizer, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a cartomizer arrives sealed but wrong.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every frozen bottle shipped into Bristol.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where frozen goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a cartomizer that then needs an adapter nobody in Bristol stocks.
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Treating the advertised £59 entry kit as the real cost when refills run £3.54 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for frozen in Bristol must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
UK rules cap e-liquids at 10 ml and 20 mg/ml, with batch codes on every bottle. Shipping of nicotine to Bristol runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Frequently asked questions
Do you ship tracked orders to Bristol?
Yes, tracked to 2–4 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
How much does a cartomizer cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Bristol: about £3.54 per 10 ml liquid plus £59 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Why does frozen taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the cartomizer units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the frozen blend itself harsh.
