Frozen cartomizer Tank in Bristol: the order shortlist
Frozen in Bristol: 22 units tested over 6 weeks, cartomizer formats, priced per 10 ml for Bristol.
What the label on Frozen is allowed to say
Frozen prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Bristol that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within £2.84 per 10 ml.
The honest read on frozen: 22 units through the same routine over 6 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
Below is the run we did for this search: 22 units, cartomizer, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a frozen cartomizer really costs in Bristol
If you are looking at frozen in Bristol, the first question is not strength. It is whether the cartomizer you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
How we tested frozen in a cartomizer
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 2–4 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the cartomizer that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a cartomizer arrives sealed but wrong.
- Stock depth: 22 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 2–4 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Spare parts availability for cartomizer in Bristol, since tanks and pods go first.
Where frozen goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why frozen tastes flat after two days.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Bristol accept nicotine freight.
- Mixing frozen with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
The rules that apply here
UK rules cap e-liquids at 10 ml and 20 mg/ml, with batch codes on every bottle.
Retail sales in the UK sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On frozen the budget price and the premium price can sit within £2.84 per 10 ml once 2–4 business days is counted.
Do you ship tracked orders to Bristol?
Yes, tracked to 2–4 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
Why does frozen taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the cartomizer units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the frozen blend itself harsh.
