How we tested Guava sub-ohm kit here
Guava sub-ohm kit reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 6 units and 9 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
We run guava the same way in Bristol: same sub-ohm kit, same 9 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
The short version: guava in Bristol works if the sub-ohm kit, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a guava sub-ohm kit really costs in Bristol
A guava sub-ohm kit from the online options in Bristol costs about £1.85 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested guava in a sub-ohm kit
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the sub-ohm kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in the UK, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in the UK, not a suggestion.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 2–4 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Spare parts availability for sub-ohm kit in Bristol, since tanks and pods go first.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a sub-ohm kit arrives sealed but wrong.
Where guava goes wrong
- Mixing guava with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long guava in Bristol survives.
