Coil life, liquid cost and the licorice habit
If you are looking at licorice in Bristol, the first question is not strength. It is whether the e-liquid bundle you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
Licorice prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Bristol that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within £3.36 per 10 ml.
Below is the run we did for this search: 16 units, e-liquid bundle, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a licorice e-liquid bundle really costs in Bristol
Ordering into Bristol usually means waiting 2–4 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
How we tested licorice in a e-liquid bundle
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the e-liquid bundle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in the UK, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 2–4 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every licorice bottle shipped into Bristol.
Where licorice goes wrong
- Treating the advertised £49 entry kit as the real cost when refills run £3.36 per 10 ml.
- Ignoring the batch date on a e-liquid bundle and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Mixing licorice with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in the UK sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
