Licorice sub-ohm kit Tank in Bristol: the flat shortlist
Licorice in Bristol: 6 units tested over 2 weeks, sub-ohm kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Bristol.
How to tell a good sub-ohm kit from a repack
We run licorice the same way in Bristol: same sub-ohm kit, same 2 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
Licorice prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Bristol that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within £3.11 per 10 ml.
The short version: licorice in Bristol works if the sub-ohm kit, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a licorice sub-ohm kit really costs in Bristol
Licorice sub-ohm kit reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 6 units and 2 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
How we tested licorice in a sub-ohm kit
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 2–4 business days.
- Pick the sub-ohm kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Coil type inside the sub-ohm kit, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in the UK, not a suggestion.
- Batch code and production date, so a licorice bottle turned in 2 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Stock depth: 6 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where licorice goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why licorice tastes flat after two days.
- Mixing licorice with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Bristol accept nicotine freight.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for licorice in Bristol must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Wholesale lines to the UK need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

Yes, tracked to 2–4 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On licorice the budget price and the premium price can sit within £3.11 per 10 ml once 2–4 business days is counted.
