Home / Mint RDA Tank in Bristol: the budget shortlist

How to tell a good RDA from a repack

The honest read on mint: 23 units through the same routine over 3 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.

Mint sounds like one product. It is not: a RDA running 20 mg/mL will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.

If you only read one line: the RDA you buy decides how long mint tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.

What a mint RDA really costs in Bristol

A mint RDA from the budget options in Bristol costs about £2.56 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.

How we tested mint in a RDA

1. Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 2–4 business days.
2. Pick the RDA that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
3. Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.

• Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every mint bottle shipped into Bristol.
• Stock depth: 23 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
• Spare parts availability for RDA in Bristol, since tanks and pods go first.
• Coil type inside the RDA, because mesh and wire age at different rates.

Where mint goes wrong

• Buying the cheapest RDA available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
• Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long mint in Bristol survives.
• Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.

The rules that apply here

UK rules cap e-liquids at 10 ml and 20 mg/ml, with batch codes on every bottle.

Packaging for mint in Bristol must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
