Pear RDA Tank in Bristol: the best shortlist
Pear in Bristol: 8 units tested over 2 weeks, RDA formats, priced per 10 ml for Bristol.
Coil life, liquid cost and the pear habit
Pear prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Bristol that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within £2.33 per 10 ml.
Pear in a RDA is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Bristol the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
If you only read one line: the RDA you buy decides how long pear tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a pear RDA really costs in Bristol
A pear RDA from the best options in Bristol costs about £2.33 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested pear in a RDA
- Choose strength against the ceiling in the UK, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Pick the RDA that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 2–4 business days.
- Spare parts availability for RDA in Bristol, since tanks and pods go first.
- Stock depth: 8 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Coil type inside the RDA, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where pear goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest RDA available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Ignoring the batch date on a RDA and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
The rules that apply here
UK rules cap e-liquids at 10 ml and 20 mg/ml, with batch codes on every bottle.
Packaging for pear in Bristol must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
