Vanilla vape pen Tank in Bristol: the cheap shortlist
Vanilla in Bristol: 20 units tested over 5 weeks, vape pen formats, priced per 10 ml for Bristol.
How we tested Vanilla vape pen here
A vanilla vape pen from the cheapest options in Bristol costs about £3.38 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
We run vanilla the same way in Bristol: same vape pen, same 5 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
If you only read one line: the vape pen you buy decides how long vanilla tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a vanilla vape pen really costs in Bristol
Vanilla in a vape pen is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Bristol the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
How we tested vanilla in a vape pen
- Choose strength against the ceiling in the UK, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the vape pen that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Stock depth: 20 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Spare parts availability for vape pen in Bristol, since tanks and pods go first.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a vape pen arrives sealed but wrong.
- Coil type inside the vape pen, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where vanilla goes wrong
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long vanilla in Bristol survives.
- Mixing vanilla with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Treating the advertised £47 entry kit as the real cost when refills run £3.38 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
UK rules cap e-liquids at 10 ml and 20 mg/ml, with batch codes on every bottle. Shipping of nicotine to Bristol runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Retail sales in the UK sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
